I would like to share that I received excellent service and support for moving my shed. The entire experience was very professional, and there was a great deal of patience throughout the process. I especially want to thank Jackie and the driver for their support and for accommodating my needs. Overall, I truly appreciate the great customer service provided. We purchased a cottage for our backyard from Panazzo. Jackie was especially helpful through the process even responding to a text very early on a rainy morning that was delaying delivery. We highly recommend.

Never again will I buy furniture from anywhere but Panozzo's. The dining table took me 2 years of searching before I found it here. I needed chairs that would support my husband's back. My wife and I recently bought several pieces of furniture from Panozzos. The furniture itself is absolutely wonderful quality. The sales people in the store were very nice and quite helpful (I even had a card issue and they were wonderful about it). Then the delivery guys (seems they do their own deliveries, which is great) were polite and did a great job. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for real wood, well made furniture and friendly service.

Great hardwood furniture here and great service. All the buildings are customizable also. Recommended place for sure.

Amazing company to work with! We were needing 4 dining chairs unfinished to go with a table & bench that we had built. They helped me via email and over the phone to find what I want and to place the order. Being an hour and a half away, it was super convenient and they were so helpful and easy to work with. Picked the chairs up today and they were beautiful and exactly what we were wanting. Just as friendly in person and we were loaded up and on our way in less than 10 minutes! I was so nervous ordering over the phone a from a company I had never used before, especially having an Amish furniture store right up the road from me that I know, but their customer service was far superior and I'm glad I went with Panozzo's. We will be back!
