We purchased a cottage for our backyard from Panazzo. Jackie was especially helpful through the process even responding to a text very early on a rainy morning that was delaying delivery. We highly recommend.

Never again will I buy furniture from anywhere but Panozzo's. The dining table took me 2 years of searching before I found it here. I needed chairs that would support my husband's back. The sales people in the store were very nice and quite helpful (I even had a card issue and they were wonderful about it). Then the delivery guys (seems they do their own deliveries, which is great) were polite and did a great job. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for real wood, well made furniture and friendly service.

Amazing company to work with! We were needing 4 dining chairs unfinished to go with a table & bench that we had built. They helped me via email and over the phone to find what I want and to place the order. Being an hour and a half away, it was super convenient and they were so helpful and easy to work with. Picked the chairs up today and they were beautiful and exactly what we were wanting. Just as friendly in person and we were loaded up and on our way in less than 10 minutes! I was so nervous ordering over the phone a from a company I had never used before, especially having an Amish furniture store right up the road from me that I know, but their customer service was far superior and I'm glad I went with Panozzo's. We will be back!

I have a farmhouse & wanted to keep the old sink in my back porch, but the cabinet it was in was shot. Romeo, the owner came out measured & listened to what I wanted. I had an idea for a specific kind of drawers I wanted. I absolutely love my new cabinet & the beautiful shelves that were made with it. It looks like it was original with the house, & it's been really durable. My husband & kids use it to fill water bottles for the rabbits & make bottles for the calves. At first I worried that they would damage the finish. It has been extremely durable! I am hoping to have him come out again and measure for a coffee cart for the corner of my kitchen.
The first thing I bought from Panozzo's Amish Furniture was a beautiful kitchen table. It looks as gorgeous now as the day I got it. With 4 leaves, we can fit the whole family around it for holidays.
